01.Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ink304 ("Platform", "we", or "us"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile app, and other services provided by ink304.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted this Agreement:

• Registering a new account on the ink304 platform
• Accessing or browsing the ink304.pro website
• Downloading and installing the ink304 mobile app
• Making a deposit or using any service on the platform
• Clicking the "I Agree" button during the registration process

If you are registering an account on behalf of a company or organisation, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

02.Eligibility to Use the Platform

• Non-ink304 employees: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of ink304 employees are not eligible to register or use the platform for wagering purposes.

03.Account Registration and Personal Information

When registering an ink304 account, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Your account responsibilities:

• Always update your personal information whenever any changes occur
• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone
• Notify the ink304 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Ensure that all registration details belong to you and not another person
• Do not allow anyone else to use your account, whether directly or indirectly

Ink304 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to comply with the account security responsibilities stated above.

04.Deposits, Fund Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

Ink304 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are subject to the following policies:

Regarding deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are as stated on the platform's payment page at the time of the transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments.
• Ink304 does not charge any processing fees for deposits, although your payment service provider may do so.
• Credits will be applied to your account instantly or within a reasonable timeframe depending on the chosen payment method.

Regarding fund withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days once all verification requirements are met.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.

• Any funds suspected of being connected to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity will be frozen pending completion of an investigation.

• Submission of false or misleading personal information
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Use of unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage

• Any action that ink304 reasonably considers harmful to the platform, its reputation, or other members

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, ink304 reserves the right to withhold all credit balances in that account pending the completion of an investigation. ink304's decision in such matters is final.

10.ink304 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ink304 will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform
• Service disruptions arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or extraordinary events beyond our control
• Game results correctly processed by an audited RNG system
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with account security requirements
• Any policy or rate changes made in accordance with these terms

Ink304's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount you have made in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11.Amendments to Terms and Conditions

• Arbitration: If consultation fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration by an independently appointed sole arbitrator agreed upon by both parties.
• Language of arbitration: All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in Bahasa Melayu or English by mutual agreement.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.
